Company: Bell Plumbing
Service Area: San Mateo County and the surrounding Bay Area
Governing Law: State of California
1. Professional Estimates & Diagnostic Requirements
Bell Plumbing provides expert residential and commercial plumbing and underground construction services.
- Preliminary Quotes: Estimates provided via phone, email, orhttps://www.yourbellplumbing.com/ are non-binding and based on typical regional infrastructure.
- Camera Inspection Standard: Because we specialize in trenchless technology and hold an Underground Construction A License, a Sewer Camera Inspection is required to provide a fixed-rate quote for any subsurface pipe lining or bursting project.
- Underground Complexity: California’s diverse soil and aging Bay Area utility lines may present unforeseen obstacles. Final pricing is subject to a physical on-site assessment.
2. SMS & Mobile Messaging Consent
By contacting us at (650) 520-4684 or (650) 935-7259, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages for:
- Service Coordination: Appointment confirmations, technician ETAs, and "on-my-way" alerts.
- Project Documentation: Digital delivery of high-definition camera inspection reports and trenchless repair updates.
- Warranty Support: Follow-up satisfaction checks and maintenance reminders for tankless water heaters.
- Opt-Out: Reply STOP to cancel. Standard message and data rates apply.
3. Licensing, Insurance & Certifications
Bell Plumbing is a family-owned business, fully licensed, bonded, and insured. We hold a specialized Underground Construction A License, allowing us to handle complex municipal and residential engineering projects that standard plumbing firms cannot. All work is performed to California Plumbing Code (CPC) and Title 24 standards.
4. Punctuality & Bay Area Regional Factors
We are your neighbors and value your time. However, Bell Plumbing is not liable for delays caused by:
- Heavy Bay Area traffic (US-101, I-280, or bridge congestion).
- Delays in municipal "USA" utility markings (811) or City permit approvals.
- Extreme weather events (Atmospheric Rivers) that make underground or rooftop work unsafe.
5. Advice & Information Disclaimer
Information on our website regarding tankless efficiency, pipe bursting, and CIPP lining is for educational purposes. Every Bay Area property—from historic Hillsborough estates to modern San Francisco high-rises—is unique; digital content is not a substitute for an on-site professional diagnosis.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by California law, our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the service rendered. We are not responsible for pre-existing structural failures in pipes that were already collapsed or compromised by invasive tree roots prior to our arrival.
